Booked this for a friend who was travelling with us. He was very happy with the room and the service facilities. Smooth check-in and check-out. Sumptuous breakfast spread. Good value for money. No complaints whatsoever. Would not hesitate to recommend.

Wonderful experience staying at the Grand Mercure. Very attentive and warm staff at check-in. These are studio apartments with a bedroom, living room and a fully equipped kitchenette. Amenities provided were of a high quality. House keeping staff was efficient and diligent. The buffet breakfast spread was wonderful - big variety and yummy food. On the last day we asked if we could take away a little food as my wife could not come down for breakfast due to a migraine. The staff immediately asked what was needed and packed a full take away breakfast in a properly packed box. Very thoughtful. We made a casual remark that the welcome snacks they keep at the reception table are very yummy and the lady at the reception quietly had a box packed for us and had it sent to our room. It's these small personal gestures that make a difference between staying at an anonymous, forgettable property or having a memorable stay with a personal touch. Kudos to the team at Grand Mercure, Bangalore. Keep up the good work.
